CNC Wire EDM
4 CNC 5 Axis Wire EDM Centers
5 and 2 axis precision wire cutting for the aerospace, satellite, tool and die industries as well as precision production. Excellent tolerances, surface finish and low recast is obtained with this method of production.
CNC Sink EDM
4 Sink EDM Centres - 4 Axis Machining
Pockets, moulds, and reverse engineering are done with this process. Our ability to machine any electrode to your form makes us experts in this field.
CNC EDM Drilling
3 CNC EDM Drilling Machines
A-Line can drill EDM holes ranging from 0.012 to 0.100 inches in diameter in material up to RC 70 hard and 16 inches max depth. The advanced CNC milling control enables us to position holes within a few tenths of an inch. We can drill up to 5000 holes per day.

Micro Engraving
Aerospace, Aircraft and Satellite Engraving
Engraving on tool steels, plastic, brass, stainless steel, graphite and more. Cylindrical parts marking using the unique 4 axis control engraving system.
Microscopic Deburring
Advanced Deburring Techniques
Deburring is performed under X4, X10, and X20 magnification using specialized scraping and deburring tools to ensure burr free components.
